We always claim that Family Store (FS) offers “Harga Patut” (which means Fair Price in Malay) but we really hope to get more feedback from our loyal customers about what other factors that attracts them to their nearest FS 🙂
Hence, we sent our marketing team to set up booths at 3 FS branches – Ampangan, TTJ and RJ (HQ) to accomplish the task!

There are a few key points of why FS is the customer’s choice for grocery shopping, mainly convenience and fair price. However, we do realize that even for a small town like Seremban, people are starting to have more demands on the quality of the fresh market and product varieties! Great promotions and clear price labels were also a main attraction for customers as they feel worth it and safe shopping at FS.
Bottom line, we are grateful for all the feedback about our products and services. There were also many areas for improvement in terms of the shopping experiences, payments and hygiene issues; We will try our best to provide better solutions and hopefully 2014 will be a good year ahead!
